We handle every delivery ourselves using our own vehicles and experienced team — so you know exactly what to expect.
Unlike many suppliers, we don’t rely on external couriers or pallet networks. Your firewood is delivered carefully, on time, and with the attention you’d expect from a local, professional service.
From loading at our yard to placing your crate on arrival, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery every time.

How Delivery Works
Once your order is placed, our team will review our delivery schedule and plan your delivery alongside other orders in your area. We will then contact you directly to confirm your delivery date, along with an AM or PM time slot.
Delivery times can vary depending on location and seasonal demand, but we aim to deliver within around a week wherever possible.
On the Day of Delivery
Your firewood will be delivered in bulk crates using a large delivery van. Our driver will unload your crate using an electric pallet stacker and position it as close as reasonably possible to your requested location. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend that someone is present on the day. If this isn’t possible, please let us know in advance and provide clear instructions on where the crate should be left.
Access & Delivery Requirements
Due to the nature of our delivery vehicles and equipment, there are some important access considerations:
- Deliveries are made using a large van, so please inform us of any access restrictions such as narrow roads, tight entrances, steep driveways or low height clearances.
- Our electric pallet stacker requires firm, level ground to operate safely. It cannot be used on loose gravel, grass, or steep slopes.
- We will always place your crate as close as possible, but in most cases, this will be where the vehicle can safely access and unload.

Important Information
If access issues prevent us from completing the delivery on arrival, the delivery may need to be rescheduled. In these cases, additional charges may apply. Clear communication in advance helps us ensure your delivery goes smoothly and without delay.
