Delivered by our own team

A local delivery service from start to finish.

We handle every delivery ourselves using our own vehicles and experienced team, so you know exactly what to expect.

Unlike many suppliers, we don’t rely on external couriers or pallet networks. Your firewood is delivered carefully and with the attention you’d expect from a local, professional service.

From loading at our yard to placing your crate on arrival, we aim to make every delivery smooth and reliable.

How Delivery Works

Choose an available delivery date when you order online. Once your order is placed, our team reviews the schedule and plans your delivery alongside other orders in your area.

We’ll contact you if we need to clarify access, delivery instructions or make any adjustment to the selected date.

Timing can vary with location and seasonal demand, so the exact arrival time remains flexible unless a specific time-slot service is offered.

On the Day of Delivery

Your firewood is delivered in bulk crates using a large delivery van. Our driver unloads the crate using an electric pallet stacker and positions it as close as reasonably possible to your requested location.

We recommend that someone is present. If this isn’t possible, please provide clear delivery instructions in advance so we know where the crate should be left.

Access & Delivery Requirements

Because of the size of our vehicles and unloading equipment, please tell us about any access restrictions before delivery.

!

Firm, level ground is essential.

Our electric pallet stacker cannot safely operate on loose gravel, grass, steep slopes or other unstable surfaces.

  • Let us know about narrow roads, tight entrances, steep driveways, low-height clearances or other access issues.
  • We will position the crate as close as reasonably possible to your requested location, but unloading must take place where the vehicle and pallet stacker can operate safely.

If you are unsure about access at your property, please contact us before ordering.

Important Information

If access prevents us from completing the delivery, we may need to reschedule and additional charges may apply. Letting us know about restrictions in advance helps avoid delays.
