Delivery areas & information
Delivered by our own team, using our own vehicles, with clear communication from order to arrival.
Delivered by our own team
We handle every delivery ourselves using our own vehicles and experienced team, so you know exactly what to expect.
Unlike many suppliers, we don’t rely on external couriers or pallet networks. Your firewood is delivered carefully and with the attention you’d expect from a local, professional service.
From loading at our yard to placing your crate on arrival, we aim to make every delivery smooth and reliable.

Choose an available delivery week when you order online. Once your order is placed, our team reviews the schedule and plans your delivery alongside other orders in your area.
We’ll contact you if we need to clarify access, delivery instructions or make any adjustment to the selected date.
Timing can vary with location and seasonal demand, so the exact arrival time remains flexible unless a specific time-slot service is offered.
Your firewood is delivered in bulk crates using a Van and Towing Trailer. Our driver unloads the crate using an electric pallet mover – This is a large mover and we so require ample space around to move it off and around, We then position it as close as reasonably possible to your requested location.
We recommend that someone is present. If this isn’t possible, please provide clear delivery instructions in advance so we know where the crate should be left.

Because of the size of our vehicles and unloading equipment, please tell us about any access restrictions before delivery.
We can deliver onto slightly sloping or uneven surfaces, including shingle and some rough stone areas, provided the ground is firm, stable and safely accessible. However, delivery onto steep slopes, heavily uneven or unstable surfaces may not be possible. All deliveries are subject to our driver’s assessment on arrival to ensure they can be carried out safely.
Our electric pallet stacker cannot safely operate on steep slopes or other unstable surfaces – shingle or firm grass is fine.
If you are unsure about access at your property, please contact us before ordering.
If access prevents us from completing the delivery, we may need to reschedule and additional charges may apply. Letting us know about restrictions in advance helps avoid delays.
Unsure about access or your postcode?
Send us the details before ordering and we’ll be happy to advise.
